Finding a good room can be a time-consuming business, so it is a good idea to start looking as early as June. The TU Delft Campus has recently undergone substantial building work to provide new housing units for students.

Student housing
Stichting DUWO (student housing organisation) is the largest management company for student housing. Nearly all the rooms are allocated according to a system of selection, whereby the students already living in a student house choose the most suitable flatmate for a room that becomes vacant.

Privately-owned rooms
You can register with de Kamerwinkel, a non-commercial housing agent attached to Stichting DUWO, which mediates between private parties and students looking for digs. Living in these rooms, you will be accountable to a landlord or landlady.

Stunda
Stunda.nl is a free internet portal for students, which aims to help them rent (or rent out) a room swiftly and easily. Stunda spiders the stock of available rooms in the Netherlands on a daily basis, before posting them on its own website. This gives students access to all the available rooms on just one website.

Register with the municipality
Students who want to live here have to register at the municipality. This can be done here.
