SEPAM Graduates
77% of SEPAM graduates find work within 3 months of graduation and almost all of them within half a year. SEPAM graduates typically accept positions as project managers, policymakers and (strategic) consultants. Many currently work in large multinationals such as Shell, Unilever, Philips and Heineken, and in consultancy firms like Accenture, McKinsey, and CapGemini; engineering firms like Arcadis and Grontmij; insurance companies and financial institutions like ING, ABN-AMRO and AEGON; and governmental agencies including ministries, water boards and municipalities.
SEPAM graduates are equally comfortable speaking to technical experts and to management, and often work in interdisciplinary environments. They have a systematic approach to problem solving, think analytically, discern linkage between technical and social aspects of a situation, and are adept at recognising common patterns linking issues across domain boundaries.
