Strategic partnerships
Long-term agreement
Strategic partnerships with TU Delft are intensive partnerships for the long term. In these partnerships we combine knowledge from diverse fields of research and faculties with specific parts of the partner company. In addition, we invest in an effective broad-based network across our organisations. The parties enter into a master agreement for several years, clearly setting out the exact areas of cooperation.
Long-term relationships usually start with short-term contract research. Read more about opportunities for contract research.
Matching market demand and innovative knowledge
Joint research projects are targeted at a specific demand in the market. Thanks to this direct market focus, TU Delft’s innovative knowledge is immediately deployed where it yields most added value. Integration into the education curriculum is another possibility. The expertise and creative input of both parties is harnessed throughout in order to achieve maximum synergy.
Sharing people and research facilities
Businesses who engage in a strategic partnership with us are offered extensive access to the people and research facilities of TU Delft. The concentration of knowledge and facilities gives R&D projects greater innovative power.
In-company training
Strategic partners seeking to expand their innovative power can turn to Delft TopTech. Delft TopTech is the TU Delft School of Executive Education. Management teams and technical experts work with an in-company programme on innovation, encompassing both the latest advances in their field of expertise as well as hands-on practice.
