Handicapped parking spaces: none

Elevators: Very narrow lifts; unsuitable for wheelchairs. Stair lift to lecture rooms B&C

Route from the car park to the entrance: Uneven pavement surfaces, curbs and potholes. 

Room to room accessibility: Many heavy connecting doors (to prevent fires). Many ramps

Main Entrance: MStairs and steep ramps. Heavy door: wheelchairs should call the porter

Disabled toilets: One on ground floor, one near main entrance

Rear Entrance: There are about 10 entrances in all; most are accessible via a staircase and a steep ramp Entrance to E-cast café: Long ramp down into the basement; door downstairs is usually left open 

Lecture rooms: Ramps at entrance, no suitable spaces for wheelchairs: space in front of first row

'Disabled Entrance': At the 2nd entrance on the Julianalaan side (drive through gate), a short gently sloping ramp and automatic sliding doors have been installed. Once inside, heavy fire doors
